What we collect

Your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number. The contents of your order and your order history. Messages you send us. Technical data from your visit: device and browser type, IP address and the pages you view.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, and by PayPal where offered. We never see or store your full card number — only the last four digits, so that we can identify a transaction.

Why we collect it

To process, ship and support your order, to handle claims and returns, to keep the store secure and working, and to send marketing emails if you have signed up for them. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders for us. Our payment providers, to take payment. Our fulfilment partners and carriers, who receive only the fields needed to ship your order: name, address, item and quantity.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for about 10 years, as commercial and tax law requires. Analytics data is deleted within 26 months. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. This covers the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the CCPA. Email us and we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

International transfers

Your data may be transferred, stored and processed outside your own country. Where that happens we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or on an adequacy decision.

Children

This store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we hold data about your child, contact us and we will delete it.
